Job Description

• Administration, management and monitoring our website • Import, edit and mange pictures in website • Online support to the customers • Checking emails, comments and demands coming in the website • Telephone support and helping customers to solve their problems • Job Location: Tehran- Pasdaran • Desired start date: As soon as Possible • Working hours: Sat-Wednesday 9 am – 5 pm Tuesday: 9 am-1 pm

Requirements

• University Qualifications: Bachelor in Computer, IT or Management, Public Relations, or other related fields • Experience: 2 years’ experience in website administration, support or other related fields • Skills: Good ability in CRM (Customer relationship management), familiar with concepts of websites, ability to handle Email Marketing tools. • Character: patient and affable • Team work capability • Photoshop • Corel • CSS 3 • HTML 5 • JavaScript • JQuery • CMS Concept
