Job Description

• Monitoring and controlling distribution procedure on time management • Having contact with sales team and procedures going on without problem • To check and precise control of output from warehouse to the shops and costumers • Expedite delivery of goods in the warehouse properly and in compliance with regulations and guide lines • Issue leaves warehouse receipt or be made to the warehouse after delivery of the goods • Issue forms returns back from shopping and other similar forms • Prepare necessary reports for the related departments • Report to the executive manager • To check and precise control of all input shipments receiving and recording them • Doing the inventory control frequently and keep it

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in industrial management or accountancy • At least 5 years of experience in warehouse as administration or manager • Technical and IT skills • Good knowledge of MS office • Problem – solving skills and ability to work on tactical and strategic level • The ability to work under pressure and to light dead lines • Ability to inspire motivate and lead a tear • Gender: Male • Ideal age: 30 to 35
