Job Description

-Continuous review of storage and distribution capacities and reporting to the RGM to equip the warehouse with the required trucks and equipment -Control the factors related to the warehouse unit orders -Deciding on the arrangement of goods and related groupings inside the warehouse according to the company's rules and ensuring the optimal storage of goods -Continuous monitoring and control of equipment, machinery, distribution fleet, buildings and all capital items of the company to ensure optimal maintenance and continuous repairs and ensure no capital loss -Continuous monitoring of inventory in such a way that while ensuring the absence of surplus goods and capital sleep resulting from those stores -Ensuring the absence of stagnant goods with continuous monitoring -Continuous monitoring of the quality of receiving and sending goods in such a way that the receipt and storage of goods is based on their expiration date -Observing the planning of daily distribution of goods and controlling the days of sending goods to stores together with sales managers -Make the necessary arrangements to store the warehouse -Planning, coordinating and supervising the implementation of all safety and security instructions in the warehouse -Visit the new stores offered by the store development unit and the possibility of sending goods to these stores -Presenting the performance report of the warehouse and logistics unit on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual basis to calculate the KPI of the unit and the colleagues of the unit -Attending specialized and general committees according to the company's rules -Increase productivity in the warehouse
