VoIP : Responsible for designing, organizing, modifying, installing, and supporting a company's VoIP System. Design, documentation and implementation of VoIP systems. Installation and configuration of Voice Gateways and Call Manager Servers to interact smoothly with each other and support for the highest degree of availability possible. Installation and configuration of different IP Phones and different brands and be familiar with different VoIP protocols like IAX2, SIP, SCCP and ... Administer IP Video phones, IP smart phone, soft phones, etc. Designing and configuring VoIP stems with E1, PRI, CO lines. IPTV: • Work with business, marketing, IT and product teams on understanding requirements and potential activities, evaluations and solutions • Serve as central source of knowledge for IPTV products, protocols, architecture and systems • Seek input from experts in other organization, build consensus and lead initiative forward • Scope, design, define and plan for infrastructure architecture and system deployment and/or upgrade as well as integration into complex carrier grade systems. • Analyze technology against requirements and participate in risk analysis • Works to ensure that deployment infrastructure meets the deliverable • Identify and evaluate new technologies and products • Assists in hardware sizing and recommendation, capacity planning, diagnostics analysis, and placement. • Provides technology review and guidance as related to external hardware/software dependencies such as encoders, network infrastructure, VOD Content Management etc. • Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing while staying abreast of on new technology/technical areas • Participate or lead RFIs and RFPs, and ensure quality and consistency of scope, and cost estimates. • Drive transformative consulting engagements. • Establish a solid relationship with other organizations and vendors
