- Propose policies for promote applications and games - Business development - Evaluates the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, R&D appropriations, return-on-investment and P&L projections. - Relationship management with CP & SP & SDP & Aggregators & Operators - Identifying and selecting platforms and infrastructures requirement - Implementation of new Services - Digital marketing - Have an updated knowledge on competitor initiatives in the VAS area and of best of practice relevant international benchmarks

Requirements

- University qualifications: at least bachelor degree (Computer End Software or hardware, IT, ICT, Industrial engineering/Management) - At least 3 years related experience - High level skill in negotiations - Telecommunication Knowledge - Having knowledge about effective communications, sales and marketing skills - The candidate must have capability to analyze region VAS market from business point of view, to give suggestion to our sale team and product team - Be able to make speech for the Company in some VAS and SDP Platform - Be able to talk with telecom operates to understanding operator’s demand and main points in VAS service - Be able to analyze operator market position to give some suggestions to company about VAS and SDP service development - Be able to fully understand the Company's VAS solution and match to operator business case and delivery key messages to operator - Familiar with advertisement in VAS - Familiar with MCI & IRANCELL company rules and business models - English: fluent
