Job Description

Your mission in this position is Identifying opportunities and problems in the organization's value creation chain, preparing a business case, to provide feasible solutions, and facilitating and taking necessary measures to implement them.

A summary of the job responsibilities for this position is as follows:

  • Examining the current conditions of processes, models, and external factors affecting business and projects regarding the organization's value chain to analyze them identify and extract opportunities, and develop business cases.
  • Selecting and developing information collection methods and their execution and quality data collection with a specific standard and at the right time in the work areas of the value chain in the organization.
  • Developing key performance indicators and presentations to stakeholders to evaluate and control the progress of defined solutions for business cases, including projects and new work models.
  • Communicating with stakeholders to investigate opportunities and business needs and create or redefine issues and business cases in various ways, including meetings for strategy, workshops, surveys, and questionnaire design.
  • Examining the received information and classifying and analyzing them comprehensively and comprehensively for the development and construction of the Big Picture, extracting the relationships, including the influence of factors on each other and the recognition of opportunities and disruptions.
  • Checking the key performance indicators defined in the projects and controlling their compliance with the design to prepare and present reports to stakeholders and present and design corrective measures.
  • Cooperating with the owners and managers of different business processes and teams to design and provide appropriate and approved business case solutions and respond to business needs.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of implemented and ongoing plans and projects to provide feedback to stakeholders, including unit managers and business teams.
  • Preparing and presenting reports to stakeholders, including managers and owners of relevant units.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management (an MBA graduate), Industrial Engineering, or Industrial Management.
  • At least 5 years of managerial experience in value chain analysis.
  • Strong in systemic thinking, problem-solving, change leadership, outcome-oriented, and consumer-oriented.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong in PMI-PBA, estimation technique (Delphi, Poker), and real option technique.
