Job Description
Stakeholder Management:
- Working closely with the business to minimize financial risk.
- Managing banking relationships and driving strategic decisions about banking partners and account structures to support Azki’s growth.
- Ensuring policies and procedures meet the organization's objectives, needs, and regulatory body requirements.
Day-to-Day Operations Management:
- Managing treasury operations and controls.
- Supporting the month-end process by Reviewing Azki’s treasury accounting monthly close records.
Cash Management and Short-Term Investment:
- Overseeing cash and liquidity management through cash flow planning and forecasting.
- Daily cash management.
- Debt facilities management.
- Implementing short-term investment strategies.
- Managing short-term investments by optimizing asset allocation.
- Supporting investment management including attendance at advisory board meetings as appropriate.
- Preparing periodic reports and analysis of the portfolio.
- Managing Interest rate risk and developing risk mitigation strategies.
