Job Description

● Reserve and build complete and detailed client files including transport, internal and external booking tickets, and hotel information. ● Establish and maintain a rapport with clients in order to ensure the highest customer satisfaction. ● Resolve moderately complex client service issues. ● Search for best fares and shows a good understanding of consolidator and net fares. ● Accurately complete changes to client files.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree. ● Proficient with hotel and ticket handling, visa/passport providing, and related regulations. ● Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. ● Ability to multi-task and prioritize at a busy onsite. ● Detail-oriented and flexible. ● Negotiation and follow-up skills. ● Knowledge of MS Office. ● Age range: 22 to 35 years old.
