Job Description

*This job vacancy is available for Rahnema College* -Develop and implement the goals, objectives, policies, and priorities for the internship program; identify resource needs; recommend and implement policies and procedures -Based on research, plan and implement training programs that will prepare interns for the next step of their career paths -Build annual training program -Prepare and deliver training courses -Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness -Organize skills assessment (Entrance Exam, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests) -Assisting with the recruitment and interview processes -Track intern success and progress -Evaluate and make recommendations on training material and methodology -Keep current on training design and methodology -Implement training KPIs -Prepare and present reports on training program KIPs

Requirements

-2 years of experience as a Training Coordinator or similar role -2 years of experience with designing training programs and workshops -Ability to lead a full training cycle -Knowledge of various training and teaching methods -Knowledge of talent management and succession planning methods -Critical thinker and problem-solving skills -Excellent decision making and organizational skills -Great interpersonal and communication skills -Passionate for excellence and eager to learn -Team leadership, partnerships, and collaborative work efforts -Good time-management skills -Familiarity with IT, digital product and startups industry -A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the success people -Ideal Age Range: 20 - 38
