Job Description

- Planning, implementing and overseeing all marketing and advertising campaigns - Growing and developing the Trade marketing team - Contributing to new business development initiatives - Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity - Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities. - Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys - Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback. - Identification of key marketing processes and activities. - Branding strategies for increasing sales in market. - Defining Brand loyalty campaigns - Monitoring on Campaigns performance. - Leading TMRs on daily bases. - Implementing all the in-store activities and POSM through his team.

Requirements

- Having at least 2 years background in FMCG Trade Marketing area. - Analytical thinking and notice of details. - Innovative. - Ability of teamwork advancement and project management. - Ability of commercial letters. - Having strategic thinking. - Domination on branding principles, marketing, advertising and market research - Familiar with different media. - Familiar with products designing.
