Job Description
Summary: The Trade Marketing Representative is responsible & accountable in achieving TM objectives to increase the demand & off take of products in points of sale, to gather & analyze market intelligence & trade information as the eyes and ears of the company and to execute merchandising plans as the company arms. Job Description: - Evaluate assigned territory constantly to ensure all business opportunities are being maximized. - Ensure all trade marketing information and all required reports are up to date, accurate, and provided in a timely fashion. - Establish, maintain & develop good business relationships with all assigned accounts in trade universe in order to gain their active support to maximize in-store availability, visibility and awareness for drive brands. - Execute company trade marketing programs to control & track the retail sales price and product quality. - Support all company initiatives, give actionable feedback, share best practices and serve as advocate and information source for company.
Requirements
Desired Skills and Experience: - Experience as a merchandiser or trade marketing representative in FMCG companies, preferably one which has a trade marketing approach. - Right attitude and behavior. - Ability to work hard & unsupervised. - Highly result-oriented and capable of effectively executing instructed plans and strategies. - Bachelor degree or equivalent.
