Job Description

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and driven Trade Marketer to develop and execute effective trade marketing strategies and programs. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of retail and trade channels and a proven track record of driving sales growth and customer engagement. The Trade Marketer will report to the Director of Marketing and work closely with sales teams, retailers, and other marketing and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Job Description: ● Develop and execute comprehensive trade marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive sales growth and customer engagement. ● Conduct market research to identify consumer and trade channel insights, trends, and opportunities, and leverage findings to inform trade marketing strategies and programs. ● Develop and manage the trade marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources to achieve trade marketing objectives. ● Develop and execute promotional campaigns and programs, including displays, merchandising, promotions, and incentives, to drive sales and customer engagement. ● Build and maintain relationships with key retailers and trade partners, providing training and support to ensure the effective execution of trade marketing programs. ● Monitor and analyze trade marketing performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations to optimize programs and improve sales and customer engagement. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and marketing, to ensure alignment and integration of trade marketing strategies.

Requirements

● Ideal age range: 27 to 35 years old. ● Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. ● More than five years of experience in trade marketing roles, with experience in consumer packaged goods or health and care products industries preferred. ● Strong understanding of retail and trade channels, including category management and merchandising. ● Proven track record of developing and executing successful trade marketing strategies and programs that drive sales growth and customer engagement. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. ● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross- functional teams, external partners, and retailers. ● Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for trade marketing and sales. ● Experience with digital marketing and analytics is a plus.
