Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Telecom Mediation Specialist to join our team and drive success in our telecom mediation projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong programming and database skills, a deep understanding of telecom mediation processes, and excellent leadership capabilities to oversee a team effectively. Experience in the telecom industry is preferred but not mandatory.

  • High level programming for telecommunication systems including, collecting, and decoding various types of binary files such as ASN1, and enriching Call Detail Records (CDRs) to be used by several downstream such as Billing systems, Business Intelligence, etc.
  • Designing and implementing data flows for various network elements.
  • Maintaining data streams, scheduling, troubleshooting, and following up with technical problems.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).Team-work spirit and independent working capability.
  • +5 years of experience in related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to collate and interpret data from various sources.
  • A self-motivated, proactive individual with high achievement drive and initiative, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and good organizational awareness.
  • Database skills (Oracle, PL-SQL, Postgre DB).
  • Programming skills (Python, Perl, Shell, C, C++).
  • Expertise in GSM IT systems, including OCS, CRM, and ESB, and leveraging this knowledge to drive efficient project execution is a plus.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of software concepts, databases, distributed computing, and large middleware applications to provide technical guidance and leadership.
  • Strong technical background with expertise in software databases, development distributed computing, and large middleware applications.
  • Familiar with telecommunication systems and technologies including BSS and OSS components is a plus.
  • Experience in telecom or technology procurement categories is highly preferred.
