Job Description

Purpose of the job To maximize sales of Castle Noush’s products in assigned territorial area and be the accountable Sales Representative to activate and sell the agreed sales volume & values in a sustainable manner by applying the finding and calling and caring customers to ensure that we cover low potential or out of route customers. Key Responsibilities • Routine problem-solving calls to all retailers (outlets) within the assigned territory. • Processing and batching orders to the Sales System. • Developing mutually effective/ cordial relationship with all Customers within the territory. • Achieve the sales volumes objectives for the assigned sales the objectives are defined by brand and SKU and by customer category. • Ensure the set sales volume is achieved. This can be achieved through pre-sale to assist the distributor. • Increase the number of CN Point of Sale (POS) in the area by prospecting actively and finding new POS. • Ensure that the whole CN portfolio is sold in all the outlets of the area. • Follow the call plan defined by the Sales Operations Manager and daily call of all outlets included in the plan • Check the stock of CN products inside outlets (By asking questions), ensure that the required stock for the called outlet is present, advise the outlet and take any action to maintain the stock inside the outlet at the required level. • Propose and Implement promotions in coordination with trade marketing section after getting approval from the SOM. • Effective use of the sales tools provided by Commercial services and Routine daily/ weekly/ periodic reports on developments within his/her territory including relevant competitive information to aid management decisions. • Take appropriate actions to make Castle Noush the preferred supplier of the retail outlet using the customer value drivers. • To have a very good collaboration with Sales Reps in field in order to get the low potential customers from them and give the high potential to them. • To have alignment with sales team in field to make sure that a customer is not being visited by both channels

Job Requirements • To be an authentic, integer and hungry sales professional • To be someone who wants to make a difference for him/herself and CN • To be a builder and not a maintainer • To be patient and have persuasion power Education • Degree (BSc or BA Degree) Experience • Experience in FMCG will be an added advantage
