Job Description

We are looking for a young and ambitious teammate for a Telecom Partner Billing system: ● Check daily system jobs (DB - OS - Application). ● Run, control and troubleshoot daily database processes. ● Analyze data and building complex queries for reporting and analysis. ● Receive client requirements and apply business scenarios. ● Create new charging scenarios in application. ● Create daily traffic reports and detect anomalies. ● Respond to queries via email, or phone. ● Diagnose system errors and other system issues. ● Follow up with customers to ensure full resolution of requests.
