Requirements
● Ability to troubleshoot difficult technical issues with a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service experience.
● Passion and ability to learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
● Willingness to adjust work routines to accommodate after-hours implementations and on-call requirements.
● Ability to travel for a mission to other cities inside the country (Maximum mission time would be 1-3 days).
● Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and with good problem-solving skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Familiar with Storage Resilience, Replication technologies.
● Knowledge of or hands-on experience in the following technologies, while not required, is beneficial: EMC VNX, Recover Point, Unity arrays, Brocade 6505, 6510, FC HBA.
● Experienced in installation, troubleshooting of tape libraries, and knowledge of tape technologies.
