Job Description

Main Responsibilities: Responsible for the development of technical support structure. • Having potential portfolio regarding about door and windows • Having close contact and portfolio with extruders, system houses, etc. • Making regular visits to the existing dealer and co-operate for every sales potential • Having wide project contact or portfolio • Having profile knowledge of mostly known product in IR market. • Visiting projects and defining the opportunities: Continues follow up of projects all over Iran • Provide technical documents to the customers, distributors, façade advisor etc. • Supporting the customer and the sales team for developing the technical organization • Following up the customer complaints and provide necessary measures • Preparing necessary technical reports per project, customer and manufacturer • Updating customer data in Roto CRM database and making the reporting on time • Monitor the technical activities of the competitors and take the necessary measures • Handling all technical issues regarding Iran • Searching and giving new product advice regarding new product development to Roto product development team
