Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Software Support Specialist that can offer support and technical assistance to customers and companies who are using software, hardware, or other computer systems and need help completing tasks or troubleshooting problems through diagnostic tests.
Role description:
● Observe system functioning to verify correct operations detect errors.
● Connect with the rest of the team.
● Provide technical assistance support.
● Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 8:00 to 16:00.
