Provide in-depth technical support on LACTOPROT Deutschland and SACCO Italy products and applications to customers through regular customer visits and troubleshooting.
Follow and execute on-site trials.
Prepare sales planning and customer visits with professional product presentations.
Drive growth of the business relationship with new and existing customers.
Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, develop and support sales processes to improve productivity, and ensure that goals are met.
Prepare and deliver business review presentations quarterly.
Responsible for maintaining, updating, and executing focus account plans to grow the business in alignment with the country's business plan.
Customer visit frequency and extensive travel in Iran.
Requirements
A Master’s degree in Food Science is a must.
Fluent in English.
At least 3 years of production experience in the dairy industry and proven skills in dairy technologies and fermented products and ingredients application (e.g. proteins, stabilizers, starter cultures, and enzymes).
