Job Description

•Main Objective: A technical recruiter is responsible for all aspects of sourcing and hiring Tech professionals to fill technical positions. A technical recruiter at TAPSI will work to identify and fill job openings and keep records of applications. •Main Responsibilities: -Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs -Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements -Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews -Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager -Sourcing potential candidates on niche platforms -Performing pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities -Onboarding new hires -Recognizing future hiring requirements and improving job descriptions and specifications -Co-operating with department directors to compile a consistent list of demands -Sourcing potential candidates from different channels such as social networks, job boards, referrals, or any other innovative channels -Inviting proper candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media -Attending interviews and classifying through applicants to fill vacated positions -Evaluating candidates' experience, abilities, and knowledge to best suit open positions -Creating paperwork for new hires -Supporting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a tremendous professional opportunity

Requirements

-Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter -Bachelor's degree in related technical and /or HR field -Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles -Strong communication, both oral and written -Deep technical knowledge of various Engineering & Product roles and a solid understanding of market/competitive trends -Persuasion skills for headhunting the right persons and affecting their career decisions -Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint -Strong analytical skills with attention to detail -Hands-on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks -Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and candidate management systems -Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks -Good interpersonal and decision-making skills -Fluent in English
