Job Description

- Managing and leading product development in accordance with V-Cycle development model. - Assuring the product quality by proposing critical solutions for technical issues occurs through product life cycle. - Assuring product meets its deadlines by cautiously monitoring the project progress in an agile environment. - Continuous improving of product quality by analyzing the required human resources and infrastructures. - Improving the production time-to-market index by using automation strategies and novel development methodologies.

Requirements

- MSc. or higher education in Electrical/Mechatronics/relevant engineering fields. - +5 years of experience in automotive/related industries - Experience in control algorithms of Electric Motors. - Familiarity with software product development models (e.g., ASPICE, ISO15504) - Familiarity with functional safety standards (e.g., ISO26262) - Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g., GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins) - Experience in Agile Project Management tools (e.g., JIRA-Big Picture) - Experience in Knowledge Management tools (e.g., Confluence.) - Experience in Requirement management tools (e.g., IB Rational DOORS and MATLAB/Simulink Requirement) - Proven oral and verbal communication skill in English. - Excellent leadership, planning and organization, problem-solving, teamwork and systematic thinking skills
