A. Responsible for technical trouble shooting, sometimes need to negotiate with R&D
Department in China to solve the problem
B. Deliver product trainings and presentations to business partners and customers
C. Support local sales team and marketing team with technical knowledge
Requirements
A. Good English language ability
B. Familiar with SOHO WIFI network products like DSL modem, Switch and Router
C. Good Knowledge of TCP/IP, electronics and telecommunication
D. At least 3 years of work experience in Telecommunication
E. CCNA CCNP is preferable
