Job Description

-Identify and handle customer needs and complaints to achieve satisfaction -Regular checking of customers equipment -Train the right way of dental products usage -Regular service, maintenance, and installation of dental equipment -Technical report -Providing requirements from local vendors -Check payment of technical process -Ideal Age Range: 25 - 40 -Gender Preference: Male -Working Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 16:30 p.m. (can be extended in required time)

Requirements

-Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Electronic and Mechanical technician, Medical Engineering -3 years of related experience -Advanced in Microsoft Office -Highly skilled in relationship/ people management -Be friendly, professional, and polite -Responsible and committed -Proactive learning -Careful and intensive -Be familiar with English -Systematic troubleshooting -Flexibility and observe the principles of trust -Being familiar with maintenance, and installation of dental equipment
