- Prepare daily/weekly reports to technical Manager
- Prepare and organize tests for pesticides, fertilizers and seeds, either on-site or in the laboratory under the supervision of technical Manager
- Performs analysis of the development results of new / current products and markets.
- Organizes technical seminars as needed
- Conducts research and provides advice on various technical issues
- Record and interpret experimental data in field experiments
- Monitors personally the planting phase during the test phase, monitors readings and reports its findings to Technical Manager
