POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a Tech Lead – OTT to own technical architecture, platform scalability, and engineering execution across end-to-end OTT systems.
You will design and lead systems that support live streaming, VOD, user-generated content, and content management at scale—while setting technical standards, guiding engineers, and accelerating delivery through AI-augmented development and automation.
This role supports a hybrid working model, designed to enable deep focus and high-quality execution, while maintaining strong collaboration and alignment with the core team.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
• Design and own scalable architectures for OTT platforms and media delivery systems
• Lead technical decision-making across streaming pipelines, backend services, and integrations
• Translate product, content, and business requirements into reliable technical solutions
• Collaborate closely with product, content, and operations teams
• Review code, mentor engineers, and enforce engineering best practices
• Use AI-assisted tools to optimize streaming performance, moderation, and analytics
• Anticipate scalability, latency, and reliability challenges
• Ensure platform resilience, observability, and long-term maintainability
SKILLS
• Strong experience designing and leading scalable media or platform systems
• Experience with streaming technologies, content pipelines, and high-traffic platforms
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure, APIs, and distributed systems
• Systems-level thinking with strong architectural judgment
• Ability to lead through clarity, ownership, and technical credibility
• Proven experience leveraging AI tools to improve development speed and platform quality
• Strong communication skills to align technical execution with product and content goals
