POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a Tech Lead – PropTech to own the technical architecture, platform scalability, and engineering execution of property-focused digital systems.
This role requires strong systems-level thinking across listing platforms, transaction systems, property data, and operational workflows. You will align technical decisions with user experience, business growth, and long-term platform sustainability.
This role supports a hybrid working model, designed to enable deep focus and high-quality execution while maintaining strong collaboration across product, operations, and engineering teams.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …
• Design and own scalable architectures for property and real estate platforms
• Lead technical decisions across listing systems, search functionality, and transaction workflows
• Architect data systems handling property information, pricing, and availability
• Collaborate closely with product, operations, and business teams
• Ensure system performance, reliability, and scalability
• Review and guide implementation across backend, frontend, and data systems
• Identify bottlenecks in user flows, search performance, and data accuracy
• Use AI-assisted tools to improve recommendations, pricing insights, and system optimization

SKILLS

Property & Platform Systems
• Strong experience building scalable platforms or marketplace-like systems
• Understanding of listing systems, search, and data-heavy applications
• Experience working with location-based or structured data
Scalability & Performance
• Experience designing high-availability systems
• Strong architectural judgment for growth and high traffic
• Knowledge of distributed systems and data consistency
Data & Intelligence
• Experience with analytics and recommendation systems
• Ability to leverage AI tools for pricing insights and personalization
• Understanding of user behavior and platform optimization
Leadership & Execution
• Ownership of technical direction aligned with product and business goals
• Ability to collaborate across product, operations, and engineering
• Clear communication of technical trade-offs to stakeholders
