POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a Tech Lead – InsurTech to own technical architecture, engineering execution, and system reliability across insurance-focused digital platforms.
You will be responsible for designing systems that handle sensitive data, complex workflows, and high reliability requirements—while setting technical standards, guiding engineers, and accelerating delivery through AI-augmented workflows and automation.
This role supports a hybrid working model, designed to enable deep focus and high-quality execution, while maintaining strong collaboration and alignment with the core team.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

• Design and own secure, scalable system architectures for InsurTech platforms
• Lead technical decision-making across backend services, integrations, and data systems
• Translate regulatory, business, and product requirements into robust technical solutions
• Collaborate closely with product, legal, and operations teams to ensure compliance-by-design
• Review code, guide engineers, and enforce security and quality standards
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate development, testing, and system optimization
• Identify technical and operational risks early and proactively mitigate them
• Ensure platform reliability, data integrity, and long-term maintainability

SKILLS

• Strong experience designing and leading scalable backend or platform systems
• Deep understanding of security, data privacy, and compliance-oriented architectures
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, APIs, and distributed systems
• Systems-level thinking and strong technical judgment
• Ability to lead teams through clarity, ownership, and technical credibility
• Experience using AI tools to improve engineering velocity and decision quality
• Strong communication skills to align technical, product, and business stakeholders
