POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a Tech Lead – FemTech to own the technical architecture, system reliability, and engineering execution of women-focused digital health platforms.
This role requires strong systems-level thinking across data privacy, health-related analytics, user experience sensitivity, and scalable infrastructure. You will align technical decisions with user trust, regulatory considerations, and long-term product impact.
This role supports a hybrid working model, designed to enable deep focus and high-quality execution while maintaining strong collaboration across product, health, and engineering teams.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

• Design and own scalable architectures for health-focused digital platforms
• Lead technical decisions across data systems, analytics layers, and user-facing features
• Ensure strong data privacy, security, and regulatory alignment
• Collaborate closely with product, research, and domain experts
• Guide implementation across backend, frontend, and data teams
• Architect systems that handle sensitive personal data responsibly
• Identify risks in compliance, performance, and user trust
• Use AI-assisted tools to improve analytics, personalization, and insight generation

SKILLS

Health & Data Systems
• Experience building data-driven or health-related platforms
• Strong understanding of data privacy and secure system design
• Ability to architect systems handling sensitive personal information
Scalability & Reliability
• Experience designing scalable and resilient distributed systems
• Strong architectural judgment for long-term platform sustainability
• Understanding of compliance-driven development environments
User Sensitivity & Product Alignment
• Ability to align technical execution with user trust and experience
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional domain experts
• Strong decision-making in privacy-sensitive environments
Leadership & AI-Native Execution
