Responsibilities:
-Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (job analysis, job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and job offering)
-Design and implement individual and organizational development programs
-Collaborate on performance evaluation and career path planning processes
-Plan and execute employee training and development initiatives
-Improve employee experience and enhance engagement
-Support employer branding and HR-related activities
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or a related field
-Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment or HR development
-Strong communication skills and professional interviewing ability
-Familiarity with competency-based interview techniques
-Strong teamwork, planning, and follow-up skills
-Experience with job boards and professional social networks is a plus
