Job Description
System Development and Implementation:
- Lead the development and implementation of systems to enhance the functionality and performance of Alibaba Travel Co.'s platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze system requirements.
- Ensure seamless integration of new systems with existing infrastructure.
Methodology Design and Optimization:
- Develop and optimize methodologies for data analysis, process improvement, and system performance enhancement.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies to continually improve methodologies.
Team Leadership:
- Supervise a team of systems and methods professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to encourage creativity and efficiency.
Quality Assurance:
- Establish and enforce quality assurance standards for systems and methodologies.
- Conduct regular audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with established standards.
Problem Solving:
- Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges related to systems and methodologies.
- Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to minimize future issues.
Documentation:
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, methodologies, and processes.
- Provide training and support to team members and end-users as needed.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other technology teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to align systems and methods with overall business objectives.
