Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Systems Engineer to join a dynamic IT team supporting complex enterprise infrastructures. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working across Linux and Microsoft operating environments, as well as with virtualization technologies (VMware vSphere).
This role requires a versatile technical professional who understands data center operations from end to end — from on-premises server management to virtualization, monitoring, and automation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability, performance, and security across a diverse technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and optimize Linux and Windows Server environments, ensuring availability and performance.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain VMware vSphere infrastructure (vCenter, ESXi, VMs).
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and related Microsoft services.
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement preventive maintenance.
• Contribute to backup, disaster recovery, and security compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate with network and security teams to maintain integrated system operations.
• Automate tasks using PowerShell or Bash scripting.
• Document infrastructure configurations and operational procedures.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in Linux administration (Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu).
• Proficiency with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Active Directory.
• Strong understanding of VMware vSphere and virtualization concepts.
• Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
• Experience with system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash, or similar).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Advanced English proficiency – both written and spoken – is essential for this role.
Preferred:
• Certifications such as RHCE, MCSE, or VCP.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform).
