Requirements
Familiarity with process modeling software using the BPMN2 model.
Familiarity with software such as BIZAGI.
Familiarity with the Organizational Process Management System (BPMS).
Familiarity with information systems and ERP.
Getting to know the knowledge of ISO 9001-2015.
Familiarity with organizational excellence models such as EFQM.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Mastery of internal audit principles.
Familiarity with risk management topics, and principles of strategic planning.
Mastery of planning processes and functions.
Mastery of APQC, SIPOC, KPI, OKR, ERP, 5S, 4P.
Familiarity with the knowledge of organizational design (organizational structure design, etc.).
At least a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
At least 2 years of related experience.
Previous work experience in the livestock and poultry industry or similar industries is an advantage.
