Job Description

  • Finding complications, reviewing and re-engineering work processes periodically and continuously.
  • Cooperating in designing, modeling, and preparation of processes using BPM techniques.
  • Data collection to identify the root cause of process problems and provide improvement suggestions.
  • Preparing management reports on the status of processes.
  • Planning, establishing, and monitoring ISO 9001, 14000, 45000, 22000, etc.
  • Monitoring the process of compilation, approval, distribution, and revision of documents and records.
  • Carrying out and following up on preventive and corrective measures.
  • Reviewing and approving non-conformance reports.
  • Coordinating and planning management review meetings.
  • Planning and coordinating to receive international certificates.
  • Identifying, designing, and updating the processes of the organization.
  • Measuring, analyzing process indicators, and providing feedback.
  • Following up on the status of projects and processes and providing relevant reports.
  • Monitoring and providing reports on the feedback of all organizational processes regarding all organizational processes.
  • Defining and updating performance indicators and their values (KPI) for processes.
  • Evaluating and monitoring the performance of organizational units in order to ensure the efficiency of systems (including controlling KPIs and implementing process inspections).
  • Determining the schedule of internal audits and evaluations.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with process modeling software using the BPMN2 model.
  • Familiarity with software such as BIZAGI.
  • Familiarity with the Organizational Process Management System (BPMS).
  • Familiarity with information systems and ERP.
  • Getting to know the knowledge of ISO 9001-2015.
  • Familiarity with organizational excellence models such as EFQM.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Mastery of internal audit principles.
  • Familiarity with risk management topics, and principles of strategic planning.
  • Mastery of planning processes and functions.
  • Mastery of APQC, SIPOC, KPI, OKR, ERP, 5S, 4P.
  • Familiarity with the knowledge of organizational design (organizational structure design, etc.).
  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
  • At least 2 years of related experience.
  • Previous work experience in the livestock and poultry industry or similar industries is an advantage.
