Job Description
● Develop, analyze, optimize, and improve organizational structure, processes, and procedures and implement them in a suitable information system; identify the future needs of the organization and present proposed procedures in that field.
● Collaborate with departments in designing, evaluating, reengineering, and improving processes to increase the integrity and cohesion within them.
● Identify, evaluate, and develop a plan to respond to the organization's processes risks and provide solutions to control and reduce problems.
● Develop information systems (IS) policies and strategies and lead IS projects.
● Plan and coordinate the deployment of ERP and KMS in the organization in collaboration with the IT department.
● Develop the document management system (DMS) and collaborate in developing or reviewing the organization's documents and keeping them up to date.
● Provide advice, technical support in the field of IS, and appropriate training to increase systems thinking at the organization level.
● Prepare business analysis and managerial reports.
