Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Systems and Methods Specialist to join our team. The selected candidate will play a key role in process improvement, standardization, work and time studies, procedure development, and close collaboration with operational teams. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about analyzing, designing, and improving organizational processes, while demonstrating strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
Participate in the design and optimization of logistics operational processes
Contribute to the design and update of the distribution network structure
Analyze operational data and provide insights for performance improvement
Collaborate on work and time study projects and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency
Develop, review, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Collaborate with operational teams to identify challenges and develop improvement initiatives
Support continuous improvement and standardization of organizational processes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Logistics, or related fields, or relevant experience in logistics operations planning
Familiarity with process management concepts, continuous improvement, and process standardization
Knowledge of process engineering practices, including time studies and workflow design
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word)
Familiarity with process modeling and improvement tools (e.g., Visio, Visual Paradigm) is an advantage
Strong skills in documentation and formal writing
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
