Job Description

We are looking for a motivated systems and methods expert to join our planning team. As a systems and methods expert in a challenging environment, you will have the following responsibilities:

Analyzing and documenting organization processes using BPMN2 methodology.
Diagnosing current state and analyzing systems and processes.
Preparing instructions, SOPs, procedures, workflows, and KPIs under the supervision of a direct manager.
Redesigning and improving forms and report formats.
Collaborating with all departments to achieve organizational goals.
Monitoring and assessing business processes based on KPIs and identifying improvements.

Requirements

At least 3 years of relevant experience as a systems and methods specialist.
Bachelor's degree preferably in Industrial Engineering or Project Management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify areas for improvement in processes or procedures.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong time management skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics.
Familiarity with the BI dashboard is an advantage.
