Job Description

- Direct and manage production, purchasing, warehousing, distribution, or financial forecasting services or activities to limit costs and improve accuracy, customer service, or safety. - Managing warehouse in compliance with company policies and vision - Overseeing receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations - Setting up layout and ensure efficient space utilization - Confer with supply planners to forecast demand or create supply plans that ensure availability of materials or products. - Monitor forecasts and quotas to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply activities. - Define performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of supply factors, such as product cost or quality. - Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, or optimize customer service - Develop procedures for coordination of supply chain management with other functional areas, such as sales, marketing, finance, production, or quality assurance. - Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security. - Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
