•Main Objective: Supply chain management is one of the important segment of our company, whereas we are receiving more than 80 CKD parts from more than 30 suppliers (domestic and abroad) •Main Responsibilities: -Managing all the issues considering the quality issues from one side and on the other side smart decreasing the costs at the same time is one of the important missions of this department. -In this department, we need to have “B” plan always in order to prevent shut down of our production line. At the same time, we need to take care about our relations with the suppliers and make them better and better in order to have win win cooperation during the business cooperation. -Need to place on time orders for the suppliers -Taking care to be sure about the production process in supllier sites -Sourcing and find the best suppliers -Price negotiation and familiar with general legal terms in order to prepare contracts -Creating added value in all segment of supply chain -Managing several suppliers at the same time -Defining the supply strategies
