Job Description
- Evaluate and report on KPIs (live assortment, and dead stock).
- Maintain supply chain inventory and records.
- Train and guide employees.
- Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all operations (e.g. shipping, delivery) meet quality and safety standards.
- Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes (first mile).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or any related field.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced and changing work environment.
- Vision to understand seller needs and translate them into practical solutions.
- Disciplined time management and ability to work under pressure.
- Must be a self-motivated learner.
- Exceptional software skills and knowledge of MS Office.
- strong communication skills - verbal and written in Persian and English.
- Problem analysis and problem-solving.
