Job Description

 

  • Planning, performing, and coordinating all foreign procurement affairs.
  • Preparing purchase orders.
  • Obtaining and registering orders in NTSW, CRA, and WMS.
  • Preparing shipping documents, import process, payments documents and etc.

Requirements

 

  • Proficiency in Special Economic Zones rules.
  • Proficiency in customs clearance procedures and EPL portal.
  • Proficiency in logistics and transportation.
  • Proficiency in inspection and insurance rules.
  • Fluency in English, writing, and speaking.
  • Excellent skills in Excel.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • At least a Bachelor's degree.
  • 4 years of experience.
