Job Description

Your mission in Zarrin Roya is to provide continuous improvement programs and implement improvement and innovative strategies to optimize and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of sustainable supply chain processes.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating the current processes and procedures of the supply chain compiling a business case, and providing suggestions for improvement.
• Communicating and negotiating with various stakeholder teams in the supply chain to design, explain, and present proposed improvement plans and decision-making in the field of selection and
• their implementation.
• Collecting data in various parts of the supply chain inside and outside the organization, analyzing them, and preparing analytical dashboards to create transparency in the performance of the supply chain and provide the possibility to make decisions based on data.
• Examining performance reports related to different supply chain sectors to identify and root out problems and points that can be improved in each sector and provide innovative solutions.
• Following events such as holding alignment meetings, designing key performance indicators, tracking the progress of defined projects, and finally measuring their effectiveness.
• Studying trends, practices, and authoritative articles about the supply chain with the aim of modeling, and optimizing the supply chain, and providing appropriate change management plans and planning for their implementation.
• Participating in the design of the road map, strategies, and change plans in the supply chain in line with the upstream strategies of the organization.
