Job Description

Active participation in strategy formulation.
Align processes, resource planning, and department goals with the overall strategy.
Index and monitor the realization of strategies.
Assess the company’s operational and strategic performance.
Define organization strategy and duty level.
Define indicators and targets related to the strategic purpose (business scorecard).
Plan and expand organization strategies (strategic map).
Define operation action plans and required resources for each plan.
Cooperate in providing whit action plans and controlling all related strategies.
Executive budgeting of programs with strategies.
Design, evaluate, optimize, and re-engineer organizational systems and processes.
Design and implement business intelligence dashboards.
Prepare periodic analytical reports with the aim of controlling and monitoring the strategic goals of the company.
Entrance data and update required files and databases related to strategic management.
Analyze data and prepare analytical and managerial reports to predict key successful factors by using statistical tools.
Feasibility study about business development plans based on macro strategic goals.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or Industrial Management.
Familiar with concepts and fundamentals of organizational excellence (EFQM).
Familiar with business intelligence concepts.
Familiar with risk management.
Familiar with statistical analysis, data mining, and market research methods.
Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
Work experience in management dashboard and basic analysis.
Work experience in design and implementation strategies.
Familiarity with strategic techniques such as BSC, OKR, etc.
At least 3 years of experienceو
