Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of strategic management concepts.
• Develop and update strategic plans for support functions, including goals, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), performance metrics, solutions, and projects.
• Evaluate and monitor the implementation of strategic programs within support functions.
• Ensure alignment between support function strategies, corporate-level strategies, and other business units.
• Develop management dashboards to generate strategic insights.
• Monitor global and industry trends related to Human Resources.
• Analyze data derived from the execution of support function strategies.
• Provide analytical reports for strategic gap analysis, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvement initiatives.
• Apply concepts of Enterprise Architecture .
• Stay updated with modern HR trends (e.g., Digital HR, People Analytics, etc.).
• Utilize data analytics techniques for strategic decision-making.
• Prior experience in HR consulting is a significant advantage.

Job Requirements:

• Age: 26 – 35 years.
• Gender: Male
• Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Business Management.
• Language: Intermediate English proficiency.
