Job Description

-Management, Planning and Control of good performance bond of the Support team members -Software Trainer and Planner -Planning and Targeting for Customer Care Services -Planning for exhibitions and In-person support services -Detection of needs, collecting and analyzing them based on customers’ requests -Motivating support team members and planning for duties for the team -Assist in setting Call Center department goals and associate development goals

Requirements

-General Requirements: -Minimum of 3 years related work experiences -University degree in IT, Computers or any related fields -Excellent interpersonal skills -Ability to multitask and perform in stressful environment -Strong teamwork, interpersonal skills and knowledge upgrading -Technical Requirements: -Conservancy of management basics and supervising of the human resources -Ability to sense situations and decision making for crisis conditions -Ability to satisfying customers and persuade people -Planning and decision making ability -Phone and in-person negotiation skills -Knowledge to product various type of Reports for customers and the company -To be innovative and creative to find smart solutions against new and complex issues and problems -Age between 28 to 38 years old -Preferably living in the city of Karaj - Alborz -For men: Military Service status: exemption or all-over
