Job Description
We are looking for a Software Project Manager who possesses strong experience as a project manager for custom software development and implementation. In this role you will handle process compliance, drive execution of software development, and drive software process improvements. Your job is to plan, execute, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project you are working on. You will be involved in setting project goals, establishing tasks and a timeline for completion by assigned parties, managing and monitoring the project team, evaluating progress, and making adjustments as needed to ensure that our clients, internal or external, achieve their desired results.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering - 3+ years recent Software Project Management experience driving the planning and execution of software development and releasing commercial products - Thorough knowledge of Software project management methods and tools - Experience with Agile development/management techniques - Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies, also basic understanding for passive job - Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills - Strong working knowledge of MS project and other related software - Ability to handle pressure to meet Project deadline - Fluent in English - Exposure to software development is a must
