Job Description

We are looking for a Software Project Manager who possesses strong experience as a project manager for custom software development and implementation. In this role you will handle process compliance, drive execution of software development, and drive software process improvements. Your job is to plan, execute, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project you are working on. You will be involved in setting project goals, establishing tasks and a timeline for completion by assigned parties, managing and monitoring the project team, evaluating progress, and making adjustments as needed to ensure that our clients, internal or external, achieve their desired results. Key Responsibilities: - Be an effective leader in the overall end-to-end software development and delivery of products. - Manages the software development life cycle including research, architecture, development, customization, testing, and release. - Coordinates and monitor software projects from initiation through delivery. - Navigates and execute complex projects on time with minimal input - Serves as SPOC between technical and non-technical departments in order to ensure that all targets and requirements are met. - Tracks software development with Agile-based workflow - Coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects - Ensures that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget - Develops project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensures technical feasibility - Ensures resource availability and allocation - Develops a detailed project plan to track progress - Uses appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs - Measures project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques - Reports and escalate to management as needed - Manages the relationship with the client and all stakeholders - Performs risk management to minimize project risks - Establishes and maintains relationships with third parties/vendors - Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation
