Job Description

The Product Manager will have a broad responsibility of planning the software development, and developing products by identifying potential products; generating product requirements; determining specifications, and production timetables. The selected candidate will be a decisive, problem solver, who enjoys a fast paced work environment. This person will work with stakeholders to help define requirements, drive alignment, and manage expectations for each project and play a leadership role in taking advanced future concepts and bringing them to life by defining the right software solutions and leading their development to win in the marketplace. We are looking for a product manager who is result-oriented and can navigate the product life cycle of an enterprise-level software solution. Responsibilities: - Defines product requirements, features and roadmaps - Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product - Manages the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities - Responsible for driving products from concept to customer delivery - Contributes towards product strategy and vision - Responsible for setting the direction for the total customer experience from consideration, purchase, delivery and ownership - Collaborates with software development teams to understand and meet deliverables - Creates and oversees development and project management processes - Works with user experience / interface (UX/UI) designer to design products that meet and exceed customer’s wants and need - Proactively identifies and resolves strategic issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals - Develops and presents recommendations and analyses to management - Drives primary market research to investigate and validate customer needs & requirements - Works closely with the Engineering team to ensure a successful product definition and launch - Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. - Coordinates the final stages of the software release process - Takes overall responsibility for the success of the product - Responsible for designing, producing and updating presentations on business and technical topics for internal and external audiences - Responsible for communicating effectively, visualizing and executing data-driven content through strong high-end presentation - Brings new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs - Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. - Meets regularly with all stakeholders, including product developers, marketing, customer service, finance and company heads - Collects, analyzes and responds to Customers feedback - Proposes effective solutions for technical issues
