Job Description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Planning, directing and coordinating projects from initiation through to implementation - Coaching teams to adopt the SDLC process, Agile values, principles and practices, and actively encourage teams to reflect and improve their delivery capacity - Tracking and communicating team KPIs in relation to the plan and published progress report - Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility - Ensure resource availability and allocation - Develop a detailed project plan to track progress - Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs - Perform risk management to minimize project risks - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
