Objective: Creative and Professional development of application Modules and features of the dynamic company website Main Responsibilities: - Working in an intranet environment, both in the planning, designing, and implementing of key modules and features as designated in the backlog of features. - Being able to translate and implement Business Requirements into modules through a client-server architecture - Developing using MVC 4 and Scrum methodology. - Using AJAX, JQuery and creative data display solutions Reporting to: Managing Director Number required: 2 Duration: 1 year contract Desired Start Date: Immediately Probation: 2 months Work Environment: Exposure to international competition and trends and multilingualism (French and English)
Requirements
University Qualifications: Less concerned about grades... more interested in coding skills and technical areas of expertise Previous Experience: 5 years or more professional or coding community credibility Specialist Knowledge: - Being an expert in the Controller portion of the MVC section - Being able to write scripts and UI algorithms - Expert knowledge of: Javascript, Ajax, .NET FX 4.0, Jquery, C# 4.0 - Object-oriented programming principals - Good understanding of HTML 5.0 and CSS 3.09 - Basic knowledge of T4, SQL Server Other Skills: - Being able to work under pressure - Able to have professional time management skills - Accepting responsibility - Above average creativity and initiative - Willing to always learn something new and improve - Willing to push the boundaries of their limits - Above average troubleshooting and reasoning skills - To move and think quickly Language Skills: Be able to communicate in English
