Job Description
- Project Documentation and report presentation to project management - Plan, design, administer, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows services - Provide support by Phone and solve problems - Follow up with clients to ensure issues has been resolved - Provide help desk services to users
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering (software) or related fields, IT Certifications, or equivalent experience - Well experienced in MIS, ERP - The ability to find and solve problems in an innovative way. - Flexibility and compatibility to enroll on concurrent tasks and projects. - Able to analyses and assign requests to proper team members - Familiar with Central phone system - 2-5 years related experience - Familiar with SQL SERVER - Familiar with Network - Effective and appropriate contact with costumer. - Excellent problem solving skills - Age Between 28 to 38 years’ old - Preferably living in the city of Karaj, Alborz - For men: Military Service status: exemption or all-over
