Job Description

• Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst covering the full project lifecycle • Proven track record in producing high-quality business requirements, documents, business processes mapping and documentation skills. • Defining functional and non-functional requirements. • Create clear user stories based on user feedback that meet business requirements • Analytical and process-based skills, i.e. process flow diagrams, business & process modelling,data analysis • Evaluating risks and predicting potential problems. • Designing ERD Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Activity Diagrams

Requirements

Qualification: • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT Management, Industrial engineering, Telecommunication Skills: • Excellent communication skills — be able to explain complicated processes and concepts to non-experts. • Ability to lead a development team in delivery of a project • Giving final approval on a finished project and user acceptance testing. • Validating that system design meets the business requirements, and if applicable proposing alternative solutions. • Facilitating meetings, presentations and educational workshops for team members • A good Understanding of GSM concept and eTOM framework is privileged. Technology: • Understanding of APIs and Web Services • PL/SQL • Modeling and Design tools like Enterprise Architect • Experience with UML and Use Case Scenarios.
